  • High Spirits

     Three months down, Six more to go.....

     

    I've gained 2lbs. so I'm doing really good and I haven't been craving any bad stuff. I'm on a fruit kick right now. All my body wants is fruit and protein. I made the most AMAZING smoothie this morning...

    Blend equal parts (1/3 cup? each) frozon strawberries & frozen raspberries with one vanilla flavored Activia yogurt and a couple splashes of Tree Top Orange, Mango, Cherry juice. If you want it to be a meal replacement you could but some flaxseed in there too!

  • Yeah...Change of Plans...

    Haven't posted in ages!

    FYI I won't be doing any diets, fasts, cleanses or losing of weight for the next oh, 7 months cuz I'm preggers BUT I will try to start posting once a week with thinspo so I keep my focus on not gaining too much weight. So far I have a week left of my first trimester and I've only gained 1.5lbs which is low. They say typical is 2-5 pounds. I guess they want you to gain around 25-35 pounds during the whole pregnancy. I'm pretty set on only gaining 20, 25 at the absolute MOST! 

    I've been keeping up on my workouts and eating pretty healthy so I think I'll be kosher. I should be getting a treadmill here pretty soon too so I want to start walking AT LEAST 3 miles a day. I don't need my thighs and ass turning out like a baluga whale hmmk.

    I'm going out of town next week. I wanted to be AT LEAST 120 by that time....I'm still 130(is it just me or does that sound absolutely HUGE). Sure, I was down to 125 before the Holidays and then all that food and no time to work out fucked me over. I've got 5 measly days to at least tone up a little and de-bloat. Oh well, I guess I'll be going full throttle when I get back.

  • 3 day fast/cleanse

    I started a short 3 day cleanse

    Last thing I ate was ice cream with chocolate syrup last night at like 9. I've been doing good all day today with my lemonade cleanse drink and I haven't even been hungry until just now. Tonight I'm going to do a sea salt flush to help remove the toxins. By Sunday I'll be able to have broth & OJ and that's it and then Monday and Tuesday it just fruits and veggies.

    Vacation's in 10 and a half weeks and I haven't done diddly squat. I'm really dissapointed in myself...This cleanse is supposed to help me jump start my whole healthy eating, working out & consistant weight loss that I need at achieve. I want to do another one before we leave too but I want to do it longer. Like 7-10 days or so.

    I'll probably update tomorrow even though I never post that much on here it's kinda nice to have a little something to distract me from eating.
